Info[]
Venomort is a new initiative by the World Health Organization to test suspect populations for vaccination compliance. They release his ugly ass into a crowd and he starts coughing and sneezing and puking and farting and shitting and pissing and crying and snorting and wheezing and gagging and sneeding and feeding and jumping and jiving, and they count the bodies after he's done. It's completely different from that time that Nancy Reagan invented AIDS to kill homosexuals, because, like, engaging in high-risk homosexual behavior by sucking off a dozen strangers in San Francisco bath houses every night for years is a beautiful lifestyle choice and Nikocado Avocado's dignity must be protected at all costs, whereas refusing to wear a face diaper is selfish and nothing less than the willful endangerment of the public, chud.
Most of his poison effects make him more powerful the more targets he's infected with them (particularly Q1 and W3), so he's often more effective against big crowds than he is against single targets - helpfully, these poisons also build multiple stacks against Paragon monsters, and 20 or more when applied to a Boss. Furthermore, E4 increases his maximum health and evasion based on how much cancer he's spread recently, so he seldom struggles to stay alive. What he does struggle with is the fact that his poisons don't do very much base damage, which often makes him reliant on W4 to increase his damage output against enemies based on how low their health is; this makes Venomort extremely efficient at wiping out foes that are already mostly dead, but he has to work hard to get them "over the hump" until W4 kicks in and finishes the job.
The pets spawned by his ultimate spell are most effective when A) working in groups, and B) benefiting from having all of Venomort's gear focused on powering them up. One Viper is not a significant threat, but a flock of 6 of the little bastards all with millions of hit points and twelve attacks per second will tear through anything too slow to outrun them, especially if their daddy is buffing them with the Buzuki's Finger item. The issue with these builds isn't whether or not you're going to do enough damage - you most assuredly will - it's keeping Venomort himself alive in situations where he can't avoid taking a hit.
